Jacqueline Lam
Jacqueline Lam is a senior corporate executive at The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC). As Head of Strategic Procurement, she leads a 150-strong team in Hong Kong and China in defining sourcing and commercial strategies across the Club’s racing, wagering, charity and membership businesses, playing a critical role in the planning and delivery of its most important capital projects and investments.
Jacqueline joined the Club to transform its Supply Chain and Procurement functions into a strategic partner that adds value to the Club's businesses. Prior to HKJC, she held senior positions at the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), including in Passenger Facilitation, the Project Secretariat, Estate Leasing and Management, Terminal Operations, Procurement and the Airport Management Division. Before AAHK, Jacqueline was a key part of the Provisional Airport Authority, where she was involved the construction of Chep Lap Kok Airport.
She holds a BSc in Surveying and Construction Management from Robert Gordon University and is a chartered surveyor. Jacqueline has been active in the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as various philanthropic groups, and is a founding Director of the Foundation, since May 2017.
